  development regulations.

Unique Software

• Reduces the Architects/Authoritys effort for
  drawing and calculations.
• Standardizing the drawing process.
• Runs under the known Environment of AutoCAD.
• Read/Scan the layout and floor plans and map
  architectural entities to the DC Rules.
• Checks whether the scanned entities follow the
  development regulations or not.
• List out the failed entities to view using Auto
  Zooming Facility.

  produces accurate reports.

Specifications

• One drawing should have plot layout and detailed
  floor plan for all the floors.
• Building items like proposed plot, proposed work,
  proposed COP etc  must be drawn using closed
  polyline. (i.e. Every Entity must be closed
  LWPOLYLINE except Center Line of Road
  Lobby/Corridor ).
• Building Sub-Items must be exactly inside of
  outer closed polygon.
• Every Building Sub-Items should be given color
  property as defined and should not be assigned
  color "ByLayer" or "ByBlock".
• Every Building Sub-Items should be given a
  specific/unique name or the software will
  generate an AutoGenerated name.(e.g. Each SubPlot
  should be given name as SP1, SP2... ).Naming
  Conventions should be followed properly
  e.g.Floor Name GROUND FLOOR TERRACE
  FLOOR HOLLOW PLINTH Floor Items Room Names
  should be given properly without using
  abbreviations. Parking should be given as CAR,
  VISITOR TWO WHEELER without spelling mistake.
• The Floor Polygon should be made according to the
  scale of Individual Plots for Margin Purpose.
• User can use only following kind of entities for
  Building Items - LWPOLYLINE TEXT/MTEXT
• All Entities will be scanned and replicated to
  respective layer prefixed with 'DCR_'. Software
  will give name of Text or MText entity on the
  corresponding layer and inside these entity to
  the building items SubPlot, IndPlot, Building,
  Floor and Room.Same name will be used by
  Software to verify the rules for e.g. room name
  should be inside each room and on the new  layer
  "DCR_ROOM" and spelling should be correct.
  Software will try to match all possible naming
  convention to match it.

Auto Scanning Facility

• Software Scans (Reads) the drawing and copies the
  proposed entities by Colors/Layers to the DCR
  layer for manipulation.

Dynamic Reports

• Software generates the various reports based on
  the DC Rules described by the respective
  Authority.
• Generated report shows the Failed/Passed Items
  with their rules in a very user friendly format.
• Self-descriptive hierarchical report.
• Facility to view only specific items by
  expanding/collapsing it.
• Viewable/Printable format reports.
• Customization of Reports can be made using user
  defined templates.

Auto Zooming Facility

• Software list out all Items which are not
  according to the development control regulations.
• User can zoom to the failed items in the drawing
  and view their rule title in dialog.

• Help is provided at all stages in a very lucid
  manner, explaining steps to perform the specific
  task.
• Help is completely indexed and with extensive
  search capabilities.
• Self running demos are provided in tutorial
  section.

Rule Database

• Software maintains a Development Control Rule
  database which can be Viewed (or Edited as per
  requirements).
• The Rules are in the electronic format so user
  can quickly search rules for any item.
