Remember
  • When presenting to a broad-based audience with
    varying degrees of knowledge pertaining to your
    subject, direct your discussion to the lower
    middle.
  • At that level your speech should accommodate
    approximately 70 of your audience.
  • When presenting to your client, be sure to cater
    specifically to your clients level of knowledge
    or the lack there of.
  • Explain all concepts and concerns in detail.
  • Define your terminology in simple concise, yet
    familiar language.
  • Ask if further clarification is required
    especially following a complex discourse.
