    opportunity to select their own staff whilst
    protecting the industrial rights and existing
    guarantees of permanent employees
  • The Local Selection Panel comprises the Principal
    (or delegate) as Chairperson and a nominated AEU
    representative from the school

  • IoED Category 1 2 Metropolitan Schools
  • 10 year tenure in all other sites

    involve IoED Category 4-7 metropolitan schools)

    remote country to nearer country guarantee
