This Conference on Molecular Magnetism is planed
as the main European forum for presentation and
discussion of research results in all aspects
related to molecular magnetism. It is an
initiative created in the framework of the
European Network of Excelence MAGMANet and now is
being continued by European Institute of
Molecular Magnetism EIMM involving leading
laboratories from 10 countries, but open to any
researchers active in this field and particularly
to those wishing to join this Institute. All
aspects of molecular magnetism, from the
materials preparation, physical characterisation
and theory, will be considered and among them the
following main topics

• Molecular nanomagnets
• Switchable magnetic materials and optical
  magnets
• Photo-induced magnetism
• Conducting magnets
• Molecular routes to nanostructured magnets

• Modelling and theory
• Materials processing
• Devices and applications
• New Materials
• Instrumentation
