What Is Club Visioning?
  • A dynamic tool that helps define a shared vision
    for your Club.
  • It generates shared commitment and creates a
    framework to establish goals objectives.
  • It ensures everyone is pulling in the same
direction with a common destination in mind.

Why Is A Vision Needed?
  • A vision supports continuity, enables consistency
    and leads to consensus.
  • It leads to a multi-year coordinated plan instead

  • Encourages new leaders in the Club to step
    forward.
