- We have added or re-designed the following in the
Workshop Leaders Guide (WLG) - Table of contents the pages are all
consecutively numbered. - Trainers checklist checklist to use prior to
workshop. - Trainers benchmarks defines what should be
learned by participants. - Agenda has new web site addresses listed.
- Trainers Overview detailed workshop prep
information to be read before each workshop. - Presentation Aids support materials for
presenting the course.

- More hands-on activities and less lecture.
- Inclusion of Web-Based Guided Exploration
activities to make presentation of complex
