- The MoU will contain the proposal for the
implementation of - Services to be provided

- Division of activities and responsibilities
agreed between the projects - Terms of delivery.
- It will be signed after the selection of priority
measures and the agreement between the two
projects present in the region on the division of
the support activities to be implemented. - Each project will sign its own MoU with the
region, using the standardised format (with the
exception of 5schemes). - Draft of Procedures
- The Draft of Procedures will regulate the
relations between the four Strand 3 projects,
avoiding overlapping and ensuring maximum
efficiency and benefit for the regions of the
Support Action.
5Templates
- Template Expert database
- Each project will have its own experts database,
but a standard format will be used. The format
developed by the IRE Secretariat will be
considered by the four projects as standard. - Template Quality AssessmentA common evaluation
(for the projects and for the self assessment of
the experts used) form will be developed and used
by all four projects using the same set of
indicators. -
- Template for the common report for the regions
- A common format for the report of the analysis of
the RIS Action Plans will be used by the four
projects. - Innovation Coach will collect and diffuse all the
reports.
6Coordination and Reporting
- Innovation Coach will play a coordinating role
among the four projects. - First visit to the regions
- The two projects covering each region will
organize the first visit to the region together
and, after having identified priority measures
within the region, will agree on how to divide
support activities between themselves. - Innovation Coach and 5schemes will do the first
visit separately. - Update on progress of 4 projects by Innovation
Coach - Innovation Coach will regularly provide the
Commission with updates on proposed measures and
their progress.
7Conclusion
The Strand 3 projects (INNOVATION COACH,
IMIS, INTRO and 5SCHEMES) will collaborate
together in order to ensure to the regions the
maximum benefit from these support
