  (except Harrow July 06?). Sutton did, but
  withdrew after 6 months?
• National increasing trend to AWC

• Saltburn Pilot green waste summer 2004, 2500

  drivers, 1st authority to tackle single status,
  weve a female loader
• Reverse outsource proposals
• Route restructure and logistics

• Modernisation agreement - 4 day week Tues Fri
