- Red TicBolivia is a multisectorial network,
including NGOs, social organizations based,
private companies and government entities whose
purposes are Promote and share experiences in
the use and application of information and
communication technologies (ICT) in all areas of
development Influencing public policy and
advocating the use of ICT for sustainable
development - CEPAC is the member NGOs working in development
programmes from local territorial spaces, with
economic development programs and human
development. The high levels of rural poverty is
one of the main factors the level of education
