- Among the members are representatives of research
institutions, politics, economy, public
administration, different civil society groups,
labour, educational institutions from Berlin,
Brandenburg, Baden-Württemberg and Poland. - The cooperation is organised in a transborder
German-Polish partnership.

- The network is open for institutions, local
administration, public enterprises, NGOs,
business, more especially small and medium sized
enterprises and individuals, who join forces in
order to develop concepts of eGovernment in the
German and Polish regions - The network is not organised as a legal entity or
legal person
