6Year Two Update
- Continued to allow employees to take lessons at
The First Tee facility - On pace to place another 75 students through this
program in 2006 - This is above the 104 employees who went through
the programlast year
7Year Two Update
- Established a formal League play for two levels
of players - One for LUTG graduates at the six-hole First Tee
Facility in Augusta. Play is on Monday Evenings
Spring Fall leagues - 58 graduates continue to play the game of golf in
this program
8Year Two Update
- For more experienced golfers we have established
a business relationship with a local course - The course is located within three miles from
ourplace of work - Every Wednesday, we have a league for Club Car
employees with established handicaps - 62 golfers take over the course for a spring and
fall12 week league - A Club Car Commissioner handles all player
scoring and seeding - An end of league tournament is played
9Year Two Update
- Golf Clinics are now being offered at local
courses to employees and their Families - 2 Saturdays in the Spring and Fall
- Open to Employees Spouses and Children of under
15 - The course in return provides us with Lunch
Specials as well as Equipment discounts to
employees. - On a recent Saturday, we tracked 800.00 in
incremental revenue spent by Club Car employees
at this course. - Ability to expand the game through the Families
of employees offers us a connection to not only
the game of Golf but as the Employer of choice
within the Community as well.

- Continue to explore other relationships to the
game of golf and the community in which we work
in. - Measurement of business metrics ongoing
- Attendance related metrics. Tracking of
individuals who participate within our LUTG
program - Health care costs
- A Two year study is ongoing to see what affects
to health costs exist on those participants
within the program. - Employee Engagement
- Club Car Classic, the fifth Major, is a yearly
event that allows us to celebrate the game but
further promote LUTG participants. - Club Car is planning an upcoming survey to
measure the impact of these programs to employee
engagement and cultural buy-in to the Company.
