For this method you need 6 people who write 3
ideas in 5 interchangements

The members of the creative meeting May or may
not be from different hierarchical levels They
should be with an inter-disciplinary background
depending on the ideas you look for

13Procedure step 1- discussion and writing cards
A five minutes discussion in groups Please write
your ideas on cards You may write them during
the discussion Stick or pick the cards on the
wallpapers
14Procedure step 2 - structure the cards
Rearranging the cards into clusters with
headlines Put clusters together and name them
15Procedure step 3 - assessment of clusters
Asses the importance of every cluster with
dots Stick your dots on those clusters which
you think are the most important You may stick
all dots on one cluster or divide them and stick
them on several clusters
As a result you have a priority list of issues
you could work with further on
