- Electrical/Mechanical breakdown
- The actual breaking or burning out of any covered
component causing stoppage of normal operation
and necessitating immediate repair or replacement
before normal operation can be resumed. This
cover will be identical to the manufacturers
warranty. - Theft and Accidental Damage
- Sudden and unforeseen theft or damage (i.e. in
consequence of being dropped or run over by a
vehicle, water logged or similar incidences) to
the Equipment during the period of Insurance. -

After Identifying the customer WA directs the
customer to the nearest Technoaid / Switch store
Technoaid verifies the customer, checks the copy
of purchase Invoice, PIN no. , prepares the
estimate and faxes to WA for approval
Customer reaches the nearest Technoaid
Technoaid
Technoaid receives the authorization No. and
repairs the Mobile at no cost to the
Customer Invoice send to ACL HQ
Approves the claim and gives authorization No. to
Technoaid
