TMARep Tissue MicroArray Database
TMARep is a web-based tissue bank tissue
microarray oriented
  • It represents the data storage to support tissue
    array creation and analysis.
  • The site provides
  • the possibility of inserting patient clinical
    data associated to samples (age, gender, year of
    birth, race, familiarity for this or other
    pathologies...)
  • the possibility of inserting sample description
    data (type of surgical operation, topography,
    temporary diagnosis)
  • a RDBMS to store own proper TMA experiment data
  • the possibility of searching through all shared
    information uploaded into the database, in order
    of data, tissues and image sharing
  • an images warehouse to allow a virtual pathology
    development.
