20TMARep Tissue MicroArray Database
TMARep is a web-based tissue bank tissue
microarray oriented
- It represents the data storage to support tissue
array creation and analysis. - The site provides
- the possibility of inserting patient clinical
data associated to samples (age, gender, year of
birth, race, familiarity for this or other
pathologies...) - the possibility of inserting sample description
data (type of surgical operation, topography,
temporary diagnosis) - a RDBMS to store own proper TMA experiment data
- the possibility of searching through all shared
information uploaded into the database, in order
of data, tissues and image sharing - an images warehouse to allow a virtual pathology
development.

Image uploading
- After microbiological and informatics
analisys, tissue images can be uploaded. - Also comments, diagnosys and analisys results
can be upload with them. - These new information are visualized in the
page of sample description, after previous data.
