• To increase your understandning of learning,

• Create a base of thinking to work from
  concerning your ongoing process of learning
• On the basis of your learning style develop a
  way of thinking, to be able to better use your
  strong points to satisfy your needs in the
  process of learning
• To have an introduction in different study
  techniques tip-offs and be able to sort them on
  the basis of your own preferable learning style
• To see and try a couple of concrete methods of
  study techniques
