JTIMS v2.3 T2 Requirements Summary

• 25 T2 Block Assessment requirements have been
  scoped into v2.3
• The mock-ups for these requirements are grouped
  according to the JTIMS module/category

v2.3 Block Assessment Requirements (Admin)

• 255 (JTIMS1068) Block Assessment Requirements
• 368 (JTIMS 581) OSD TS Analyst will be able to
  view and generate aggregate T2 Block Assessment
  Reports (mockup included)
• 369 (JTIMS 581) Organization T2 Analyst will be
  able to view and generate T2 Block Assessment
  Reports for own User Group (mockup included)
• 383 (JTIMS 581) Ability for Sys Admin to manage
  Training Programs list
• 384 (JTIMS 581) Ability for UGLs to manage
  Other Training Programs list
• 66 (JTIMS 581) Manage Force Assignment Area

Two new user roles will be added OSD T2 Analyst
and Organization T2 Analyst
JTIMS Requirement 0581
OSD T2 Analyst has the ability to view and
generate the T2 Block Assessment reports of
published JTIMS data for all user groups. This
role is granted by the Sys Admin
only. Organization T2 Analyst has the ability to
view and generate the T2 Block Assessment reports
for his own user group. This role is granted by
the Sys Admin or UGL.

All of the new fields, except the Training
Program Sponsoring Command, will be displayed on
the Description Tab. The Training Program
Sponsoring Command field will be displayed on the
Details Tab. After the Event has been created,
users will also have the ability to edit all of
the fields on the Description and Details Tabs.

Un-publish upon publishing the event costs.
When published, the cost data is available to
all user groups via the Event Summary popup,
Event Details report, and T2 Block Assessment
Reports.

Recommendations and/or Shortfalls associated with
Live Ranges/Sites and Simulation Technologies.
The Simulation types displayed are the same
Simulation types selected on the Simulation Tab
in the Events Module.

  Summary Report that will provide specific data on
  the joint context added to training, on the
  participants in that training, and the impact of
  Training Transformation for each Event that took
  place at joint training programs this quarter

  Report that will provide qualitative comments on
  training effectiveness of joint training events,
  exercises, and activities (mockup included)

  provide data on how many and how quickly lessons

The OSD T2 Analyst may generate the T2 Block
Assessment Reports across selected or all user
groups. The Organization T2 Analyst may only
view/generate the T2 Block Assessment Report for
his own user group.
