JTIMS v2.3 CSR Requirements Summary

• 10 CSR requirements scoped into v2.3. The
  mock-ups are grouped according to the JTIMS
  module/category

v2.3 CSR Requirements (Execution/Admin)

• 244 (JTIMS1058) Provide a Commander's Role that
  allows the user to view, delete, return initial
  CSR post CSRs for his/her User Group Events and
  also provides him/her the ability to view any
  other JTIMS Command data as read-only (mockup
  included)
• 245 (JTIMS1059) Provide a Senior O/C Analyst
  Role that allows the user permissions to post the
  CSR making it available only to the Commander and
  User Group Lead Roles to view from the JTIMS
  welcome page (mockup included)
• 335 (JTIMS1007) Display the JMET ID associated
  with the Functional Theme area (Section 3)
  (mockup included)
• 246 (JTIMS1064) Update the CSR Template with
  new formatting/layout (mockup included)
• 343 (JTIMS1015) Recommend a better, streamlined
  view of the Training Objectives and TPO/TFO
  tables that are displayed in the CSR Template
  (mockup included)
• 385 (JTIMS0581) Add Simulation tab to CSR. Data
  for the "Live Ranges/Site and Simulation
  Technologies" column will be populated based on
  user selections from the Simulation tab in the
  Events Module (mockup included)
• 367 (JTIMS1066) Add the ability for Senior O/C
  Analyst to manage posted CSR (mockup included)
• 366 (JTIMS1065) Add the ability for Commander
  to review the CSR (mockup included)
• 251 (JTIMS1067) Provide CSR Export Capability
  in JTIMS Lite (mockup included)
• 337 (JTIMS1009) Increase character limitations
  for Task Performance Observations (TPO), Training
  Proficiency Evaluation (TPE) Comments field,
  Executive Summary and all Functional Area/Theme
  free text fields (Executive Summary to 50,000
  characters all others 10,000)

The Senior O/C Analyst navigates to the CSR link
associated with an event from the Execution Home
page

A Posted CSR tab has been added to the CSR
section of the Execution Module to allow the
Senior O/C Analyst to upload the final CSR

Upon selecting the Upload File link, the page
refreshes allowing the Senior O/C Analyst to
browse to the file location of the CSR

The Senior O/C Analyst will post the uploaded CSR
to the Commander by selecting the Post to
Commander link

The Action column will become grayed out and the
text Posted to Commander will appear once the
CSR has been sent to the Commander

A View CSRs link has been added to the Admin
Tools section of the JTIMS Welcome page to allow
the Commander to view the posted CSR(s)

On the new View CSRs page, the Commander can
view the CSR by selecting the CSR file name for
the selected event

By selecting Edit, the system navigates the
Commander to the Posted CSR tab where the
Commander can upload a new CSR file by selecting
the Upload File link

The Commander has the ability to send the CSR
file back to the Senior O/C Analyst for
modifications by selecting the Return to Sr. O/C

and the text Returned to Sr. O/C Analyst will
