1Why you need to exercise
2 Physical Education is the only subject which,

the greatest health problem of the 21st Century - 1 out of 3 children born in 2000 will develop
diabetes in their lifetime

6Diabetes- Insulin
- Eat food
- Increases glucose in the blood
- Need insulin to grab hold of the glucose to be
used as energy
7Too much sugar
- The glucose stays in the blood because the body
cannot produce enough insulin to collect it - Sugar in the blood causes poor circulation that
damages kidneys, nerves, eyes heart

11Cannabinoids

naturally transforms it into a cannabinoid - Cannabinoid- increases appetite (not as powerful
as marijuana THC but same mechanism)

cannabinoids?

potential for high blood pressure and
cardiovascular disease in the future.
19What happened to gym class?
