My Baby

• This is Kia.
• We actually bought her from a family selling
  puppies in a Safeway shopping cart at the
  Richmond Night Market.

The Early Years

• Kia was the runt.
• She was kicked away from her mother at five
  weeks.
• The family cat claimed and nursed her for two
  more weeks.

• Our familys first vacation together.
• Kia is 4 months old.
• She discovers the beach for the first time.
• Kia realizes that digging is fun.
• When Kia returns home
• There is no sand.
• Digging in the pillows will have to do.
