  • Add Help button to all pages
  • Help will direct them to FAQs, 1-800 or an email
    address
  • Email address will be unique (ie
    help_at_mailourinvitations.com). For now Amy will
    answer and Mailplex will get a copy of help
    questions and responses.
  • An automatic email will go out to those
    requesting help via email that says something
    like thank you for your inquiry we will respond
    within 24 hours to your question
  • Under the 800 number a note will read (or
    something like this) Open Monday Friday from
    900 AM to 500 PM (EST)

  • Be sure Bill to and Ship to titles show on all
    pages (necessary)

  • Remove Amex from Credit Card choices
  • See if you can add text to screen after you
    choose CC (and shows bill to ship to info) that
    says use your browsers back button to make
    changes to this information)
  • Try to figure out how to add instructions to tell
    customers to upload their template file at the
    end of the transaction (add to help area too).
