delicacies. When you visit a restaurant that
serves good Chinese food in Singapore, you will
also be able to enjoy the most delectable beef
based dishes. The braised sliced beef available
at the Chinese restaurants is one dish that you
should not forget to try out during your trip to
the island nation. The amazing flavors and great
combinations you get to try along with this dish
make it one irresistible when you visit the
Chinese restaurants in the country. This is a
dish that can be ordered at all major Chinese
eateries and hawker stalls in the country. You
can also try it at home.

You need 4 thick slices of beef, plain flour,
sunflower oil, onions, caster sugar, sliced
garlic cloves, about half a liter of beef stock,
thickly sliced mushrooms and chili sauce as
ingredients to make this dish. You need to first
of all put the plain flour over the beef slices
to form a coating. Now, take about 2 tbsp of
sunflower oil and heat it in a pan. Take 3 medium
sized onions, fry it in the pan, and then add
about 2tbsp of caster sugar. After about five
minutes add the about 6 ginger cloves to the pan
and cook for few more minutes. Now, you should
pour the beef stock into the pan, add the chili
sauce, and stir the ingredients well.

Now add the beef slices and mushrooms to the pan
and cook it well. You can add black pepper to the
dish if you like the taste of it. You need to
cook for almost 2 hours to get the dish ready.
This is a dish that can stay good for up to 3
days if refrigerated and stored. You can serve it
alongside rice dishes and Chinese noodles. If you
have not tried this dish, you should definitely
order it at a nice Chinese restaurant in
Singapore along with vegetable or mixed fried
rice. You will love it any day because of the
pleasing aroma and the splendid choice of
flavors.
