Payam Nia is a mechanical engineer who is
currently working with KLA, Milpitas, CA, as
their Sr. Maechatronics Engineer. He is a Ph.D.
from Northeastern University.

Payam M Nia has been able to do some exemplary

the accurate positioning on the third and firth
order motion files, designing and programming of
automated qualification with diagnostic testing,
and leading reliability projects on design and
experimentation of temperature control within
