2006GENERAL PROBLEMS
  • COSTS TO BE CHARGED TO THE PROJECT
  • When we have to decide whether a cost has to be
included in a reporting period we have to
CONSIDER THE DAY IN WHICH YOU USE THE SERVICE.
  • Only if this day is included in the period we
can include the cost, even if the service has
been contracted and paid in a different period.

2006GENERAL PROBLEMS
  • PERSON MONTH TO BE DEFINED
  • Please remember to have the same figures WITHIN
YOUR PMR. Different figures are often written and
the coordinator cant decide for you.

2006GENERAL PROBLEMS
  • CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN TOTALS IN THE PMR AND FORM
    C
  • Please remember to have the same figures also in
the Form C and in the PMR. The totals are often
different. This causes delay and can be a source
    of mistakes.

2006GENERAL PROBLEMS
  • CATEGORY OF COSTS
  • In writing your reports please consider that
there are four main categories of costs
  • PERSONNEL COSTS
  • CONSUMABLES
  • TRAVEL COSTS
  • EQUIPMENT
  • You should try to use these macro-categories
when including your costs in the Table.
Subsequently, you can specify the details in the
    section justification of major costs
