supervision of the State Sanitary Service and the
Veterinary and Sanitary Service. ..

processing facility .. production process or
trade activities are subject to systematic state
control or, in case of doubt, inspections without
notification
HACCP is mandatory for middle- and high capacity
operating plants. HACCP-related government
control covers the use of laboratories for
hygiene control and foodstuff analysis (National
Council of food safety)
