• EFET supports the main principles and assumptions
  in the ERGEG draft
• Too early to force G/ L split harmonization
• Markets in constrained capacity give signals
• BUT
• Why cap G charges in UCTE area at 0.5 Euro?
• Need to clarify guideline about non-transaction
  based charging, to exclude also special charges
  to exporters and importers
