Required Equipment

• To be able to hear well use headphones
• To be able to be heard use a microphone
• Built in computer speakers can work
• But theres a lot of feedback

Preferred Equipment

• For the clearest best quality audio
• Use a headset
• You can get one for as little as 20

First Steps

• Go to http//elluminate.com/support
• Follow the steps listed

To find a scheduled meeting

• Go to http//slms.delta.ncsu.edu

To find a scheduled meeting

• Select the meetings tab
• Go to the scheduled meeting date on the calendar

To find a scheduled meeting

• Find your meeting and click on the title
• The meeting list may be many pages long

To Join the Meeting

• After clicking on the meeting title you should
  see
• Then the meeting should begin to download

If the Meeting Doesnt

• Begin to download on its own
• Select the click here to begin downloading
• Or check at the top of the window for a message
  that the download was blocked
• If you have this message
• Right click on the message
• Select download file

To find a recording

• Follow the same steps as finding a meeting
• ExceptSelect the recordings tab
• Remember to select the date the original meeting
  took place

Click the title to start the recording

• That download will probably look like this
• If it doesnt begin on its own follow the steps
  from the recording troubleshoot

Chatting

• Chatting allows text-based communication
• You can copy (ctrlc) and paste (ctrlv)
• Black shows messages sent to everyone
• Blue shows private messages received
• Red shows private messages sent
