  • SSE Policy (Short Service Employee)
  • Contractor personnel with less than six (6)
    months in the same job type or with his/her
    employer shall be considered a Short Service
    Employee (SSE)
  • Crews with 5 persons or more must seek approval
    if the crew compliment exceeds 20. Crews
    exceeding 30 SSE require a written variance
    approved by upper Shell management.
