Easy Grade Pro
  • Getting Started

Starting A New Grade Book
  • Open Easy Grade Pro and select Create a New
    Grade Book
  • Name your new grade book and select a place to
    save it.
  • Select Add Classes

Adding Classes
  • Type the class/subject name you want to create
    first.
  • Leave class weight as 1.00.
  • Name the term windows as quarter 1, etc.
  • Put a v in the terms column next to the quarter
    you are currently using.
  • To add more classes click next class button and
    name the new class and repeat steps listed above.
  • Click done.

Adding Students to Grade Book
  • Click on the add student on the top of the
    student column located on the left.
  • Click next student located on the bottom of the
    add students window to add the rest of your
    students. This only needs to be done individually
    for the first subject.
  • To import your students into other subjects click
    on newsubject drop down window located in the
    top left above students names.

Copy Students From One Class to Another
  • Select new subject from the drop down window.
  • Click copy students from another class button.
  • Highlight the class to copy from (the one you
    have already entered all of your students)
  • To select all students hold down the shift key
    while clicking on the top student and dragging
    down to the last student.
  • Select the class to copy to
  • Click copy button.
  • Repeat for all subjects.

Setting Grade Scales
  • Select the subject in the drop down window on the
    top left.
  • Go to the edit menu on the menu bar at the top.
  • Select Class Options
  • Click on the scale tab

Setting Grade Scale cont.
  • Select the grade scale desired. A-F Standard
    Scale, O,S,N OSU Scale.
  • To customize the grades, highlight the ones that
    you want to change. (ie. U to N)
  • To customize the , type in the minimum for
    each letter.
  • Other helpful tabs are category and score.

Adding Assignments
  • Click on the assign. tab.
  • Click add assignment column.
  • Name your assignment.
  • Max. Score is score that is worth 100.
  • Points is the value of the assignment in points.
  • Select category, Special Status, etc. with drop
    down menus.
  • Notes for assignments can also be added under
    notes. Click done.

To Enter Student Grades
  • Select the Score tab.
  • Select the subject you want to enter grades into.
  • Click in the intersecting cell for the assignment
    and student and enter grade.
  • Hint Option find (magnifying glass icon) will
    allow you to enter grades in random order. Check
    the continuous search mode.

Print Reports
  • Select FilegtPrint from the menu bar at the top of
    your screen.
  • To print individual reports for each student and
    all subjects, select the student tab and
    multi-class progress and click next.
  • Select the options desired and click print.
  • If single student progress report is desired
    click the bullet select students only and
    highlight the students that you want a report for.
