Future meetings

• The following meeting schedule is proposed,
  preferably a Thursday/Friday or Monday/Tuesday is
  reserved for the meeting.
• Midterm meeting with Commission in February
  proposal 16 /17th of February!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• 5th meeting Week 11 (13-17 March 2006) or Week 12
  (20-24 March 2006) in Karlsruhe at IWW.
• End meeting Week 38 (18-22 September 2006) or
  Week 39 (25-29 September 2006) in Brussels.
• End conference with TRANS-FORUM AET in October
  2006???

• All deliverables are accepted up till the moment,
  we are according to planning
• Activity report, draft dissemination plan
• Also information leaflet (which was rejected) is
  accepted
• Management report will be submitted next week
• Meeting new project officer Peter Vis (UK origin,
  15 years experience, new in research)
• Minutes meeting with new project officer have
  been distributed
• Action list
• Management report pending, some items to be
  discussed
