  • Job advertisements must include instructions for
    the on-line process
  • Affirmative Action letters are no longer needed
  • Candidates application materials can now be
    viewed on-line eliminating paper copies
  • Automatic emails to applicants are system
    generated
  • AA33 Forms are no longer needed (for full-time
    faculty and EPA staff)

What is Staying the Same with the On-Line
Application Process?
  • Faculty Recruitment Plan (AA02)
  • Report of Recruitment Results and Request to
    Interview (AA04)
  • Recommendation for Initial Appointment (AA05 or
    AA06)
  • Still continue to complete the above forms
    through the paper process
  • Still required to send hiring packet to Academic
    Affairs as a paper process
  • Still need to request an official transcript for
    your finalist.
