Large scale sculpture of a four legged creature

• You will be working in assigned teams to build
  this sculpture
• Materials are limited to tree braches, twigs,
  reeds and wire to adhere pieces together. Rice
  paper may be used to fill in some areas
• Sculpture must depict an existing large animal
  with four legs
• Animals could include horse, elephant, rhino,
  giraffe, dolphin, large cat, etc. No small scale
  animals. Pick an animal with an interesting
  exterior shape.
• Design must contain volumes ( 3D negative spaces
  )
• Each student will pick an animal and print out a
  photo of this creature. You will then draw on top
  of this photo with line in order plan out design
  for the sculpture. Pretend the lines are
  branches.
• With instructor approve and discussion within the
  team you will decide on best creature to build.
• Sculpture can be no smaller than 4 feet in one
  direction
