• Decision makers and political level support is
  very important for efficiency Eurobaltic
  Progress Report is provided annually to the CP
  Directors General and Committee of Senior
  Officials Meetings
• Keep momentum after reaching certain level there
  was no breake between Eurobaltic I and II
  projects
• 3. Project Management structure has been changed
  in Eurobaltic II more responsibilities is given
  to joint groups of PP, e.g. Steering Committee
  and Implementing Groups
