Quest-ce quon va faire?

• 1. Choose a French food (via internet)
• 2. Must document the cooking process (powerpoint,
  video, poster board)
• 3. Translate ingredients into French (1/2 tasse
  de farine, une cuillère à soupe de sel, etc.)
• 4. Prepare an evaluation sheet for family members
  to fill out after sampling.

What to make and how much?

• If working alone, one food item is fine.
• crèpes, pain au chocolat, croque monsieur.
• Working with a partner? Must prepare 3 items.
