Establishment of CSO networks
  • Establishment of six national CSO networks, one
    in each of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia,
    Moldova and the Ukraine

    conducting climate vulnerability assessments

    communication, negotiation and development of
    (evidence-based) advocacy strategies
