SELECTION PROCESS
20SELECTION PROCESSWritten Exercise
Each candidate must complete a multiple-choice
written exam. Applicants who pass the written
exercise will proceed to the B-PAD.
21SELECTION PROCESSB-PAD
Each candidate must take the Behavioral
Personality Assessment Device, a video-based
behavioral test. Applicants who pass the
written exercise will proceed to the Physical
Ability Test.

- Pass the Criminal History Investigation phase
- Progress to the Panel Interview

- Interviews are conducted by a diverse panel

proceed to the Fire Chiefs Interview.
