education represents 38 (average age 31 ),
doubles the 45-55 age group and triples the 55-65
age group.
Sub-employment
The Cheers studies place the sub-employment rate
on a 24 (aprox.). In Catalunya, Secarrant
estimates that it could reach a 40 (with more
females than males)

older workers are not in line with companies

chose young woman immigrants (and older women)

its a political objective equality law and
urgent measures for older women employment
