TARGET FOR BUILDING SECTOR
THERMAL CONSUMPTIONS
To stabilize the total energetic consumption of
sources fossils connected to the building
structures, despite forecasts of new building.
Insofar, besides the necessary actions of
energetic containment of the buildings of new
construction, without doubt with the best
relationship costs benefits, it is necessary to
realize also measures of energetic containment on
the existing buildings.

TARGET FOR TERTIARY SECTOR
The available technological solutions for the
tertiary sector are more advanced than in the
residential one, although interventions of energy
saving ask for the mobilization of consistent
capitals.
HOW????
An intervention of Foggia Municipality (also on
its own patrimony) with the electric companies
and with the tertiary companies who have more
energetic consumptions (hypermarkets, banks,
etc.) is the most reasonable solution.

TARGET FOR PUBLIC BUILDINGS
Reduction of energetic consumptions (electric and
thermal) and energy saving, utilizing also
renewable source. The most important target is
the public schools

TARGET FOR PUBLIC LIGHTS

• Containment of the "bright pollution" and
  environmental safeguard of the Foggia territory,
  
• Improvement of the visual comfort and best
  utilize of local spaces,
• Coordinated Planning on the whole territory,
• Optimization of the illumination fitting,
• Reduction of the energetic consumptions costs and
  of maintenance costs.

HOW????

• Adoption of elevated efficiency lamps
• Adoption of systems for the reduction of the
  bright flow,
• Reduction of the direct dazzle and control of the
  gradients of luminance,
• Identification of alternative systems of
  illumination and signaling to support of the road
  safety in line with the uncomfortable conditions
  of visibility

TARGET FOR SECTOR OF THE TRANSPORTS
The priority objective is to direct the local
actions so that there is no further increases of
the consequential consumptions from the transport
of people.
