Supplemental Figure 2 qRT-PCR analysis of genes
differentially up- or down-regulated in secondary
cell wall irx mutants. RNA samples from
uninfected leaves of three weeks old wild type
(WT), ixr1-2 and irx1-6 plants were used for the
analysis. Values are represented as n-fold
increased expression compared to the genotype
showing the lowest expression. Data correspond to
the average (? standard deviation) of two
replicates. The genes analyzed were selected from
Supplemental Tables 1 and 2 AT1G18710 (MYB47
Transcriptional Factor (TF)), AT2G39980
(Transferase protein family), AT2G46680 (HB-7
