    manages the trainees educational programme
    removing administration for the firm).

Why employ a Trust trainee?
  • Heres what a few of our partners have to say
    about us
  •  I do not understand businesses who do not
consider the use of trainee surveyors. Every
second year trainee I have is doing the work
close to what would be expected of a graduate yet
is less than half the cost. After one year a
trainee is already bringing in fees.
  • Richard Carter BSc (Hons) MRICS, Martin
    Associates, Partner
  •
  • We have been extremely impressed with the
trainee we have taken on from the Trust. By the
time he reaches the same stage as any of the
graduates we recruit, he will already have a
great deal of practical and relevant experience
and will be an established member of the firm.
Mark Smith, HR Manager, King Sturge LLP
  •
  • The Trusts five stage recruitment process
significantly helps to reduce the recruitment
risk and time involved for the employer.
Additionally, the Trust works with you to select
a candidate specific to your own training
requirements. This flexible approach helps to
create a positive working partnership. Amy
    Preston, Graduate Recruitment, EC Harris
