5PURPOSE USE OF DATA
The primary uses of annual data reporting in the
PNPE system are three-fold, and are shown on
this slide and the next two.
- Licensed schools
- Meet requirements for licensure by the
Regulations of the State Board of Private
Academic Schools
6PURPOSE USE OF DATA
- Participating schools
- Make allocations to schools participating in
the textbooks, instructional materials,
equipment, technology and/or auxiliary services
programs for which reporting is required by PA
Code, Title 22
7PURPOSE USE OF DATA
- Schools that do not participate in receiving
services - Provide information for developmental activities
at the local, state and federal levels, and to
implement Commonwealth programs aiding private
and nonpublic school students
8STUDENTS REPORTED IN PNPE
- Students in grades or levels
- Licensed by PDE or
- Accredited by an accrediting agency accepted
by PDE - Students in grades or levels beyond nursery or
preschool in other private and nonpublic schools
The following students are reported in the PNPE
Web-based enrollment report.
