16Review of 2007
- A comprehensive Energy Bill (H.R. 6 ) was signed
into law. - Senate Environment and Public Works Committee
(EPW) passed the Lieberman-Warner America's
Climate Security Act (S. 2191). - The Federal Transit Administration new proposed
rules for the New Starts and Small Starts transit
program was halted by Congress. - In late December 2007 the President signed into
law the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008
(H.R. 2764), a 555 billion appropriations bill.

- America's Climate Security Act (S. 2191) is
scheduled to be taken up in June - Infrastructure legislation
- Senators Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.) and Chuck
Hagel (R-NE) introduced the National

will be introducing legislation on National
