- a specific work package (i.e. WP4) of the
project plan of activities is devoted to
Information and Publicity (IP) activities - in the context of NEPROVALTER, IP activity
plays a fundamental and strategic role (seminars,
workshop, dissemination activities, feed-back
from the rural pilot areas and stakeholders
involved, general conferences) - the network takes advantage of IP activities
farmers and stakeholders are involved in seminars
and workshop, so as to collect data, information
and needs (bottom-up approach)

- Activities concerned
- workshops and seminars in the pilot areas,
stakeholders and local authorities - three general conferences two conferences
- participation of the PPs to fairs and
exhibitions - Publications, common leaflets and flyers

- creation and updating of a project web-site

- Decision making and common rules
- IP activities are in line with the plan of
activities agreed by the partnership - relevant decisions concerning the IP are
discussed at the general meetings of the
partnership - registration of participants for each of the
seminars and workshops is kept (list of
participants) - Project partners should refer to the EC Reg.
1159/2000

of the Progress Report
- IP programme reference basis
- document providing information on the
implementation of dissemination measures as
foreseen and explained in the AF, which all
project participants are asked to perform and for
which the Lead Partner is responsible. The LP is
requested to list and describe in the report all
Information and Publicity measures set during the
reporting period of project implementation, in
the form of - 1) organisation of events
- 2) publication of material
- This IP report shall be supported by copies of
the published material listed in the report
