May Census Post 16 Data

• February release version 7.100 (March will be
  released to schools).
• Census Date Thursday 15 May 2008
• Half day courses for Post 16 Data
• Wednesday 16 April
• Tuesday 22 April
• Tuesday 29 April

Changes for May 2008 Census

• Validate button been renamed Create and Validate.
• New Pupil Learning Aims Detail Report includes
  QAN and Discount Code descriptions for clarity.
• Learning Aims is collected in the Autumn and
  Summer returns not in the Spring return.

Learning Aims Autumn Errors

• Learning Aims sent in error in the Autumn Return.
• Additional hyperlink
• 4 Mark Autumn Post-16 Errors
• Open will open to the location where the Autumn
  return has been created.
• Panel is then populated with Autumn Learning Aims
  Mark X in the Error column.

Attendance 7 February update

• Attendance 7 is available now you should be
  familiarizing yourself with it now as Attendance
  6 will be switched off in August 2008
• OMR functionality is in February release
• May 08 release will contain more reports for
  Attendance 7
• August 08 will switch of Attendance 6, changes to
  academic year creation, attendance letters
  archiving routines

Maintain Orphaned Documents

• New Feature on February release.
• SITSS will issue instructions for running the
  Installer as part of the March release once
  tested.
• Tools Housekeeping Document Management Server
  Maintain Orphaned Documents.
• Documents no longer linked to their original
  source will be displayed. Can be removed.

  County - includes all pupils for New Intake.
