  leaders are less noticeable than in the past.
• Leadership differences are as much generational
  as gender related.

• Relationships provide the cornerstone.
• Open communication maintains relationships.
• Leadership and management styles are both
  important.
• At least in higher education, the glass ceiling
  has proven relatively permeable for women.
• Women leaders have changed the workplace.
