The main aim of the trainings on skills
development is poverty reduction of the
community. We would not be mistaken if underline
that helped to young families reduces poverty
through this training. Aiyl okmotu rented 1
hectare of the land and students expressed
themselves. Students cultivating land with agro
technical methods and obtain high yield and now
they are examples for the community population

Let me underline peculiarity of this course and
practical support to community population. The
each family of the village is member of farms.
That is why each farmer has his own cattle and
land part. But each member of farm has no
appropriate skills of looking after cattle, right
agronomy processing, even they are living in the
village, these courses helped them in day to day
life.

For example, Tynchybek Mambetkulov has high
yields and improves his livelihood. He is growing
apples, 5-6 sorts of apricots, potato and
fertilizing it by agro technical rules or dung
So, he could improve his farm and livelihood. If
we would look on the situation from economy and
accountancy side the poverty level is not so high
with presence of property, land and cattle

During the training is discussing family budget
and accounting expenses. They are considering day
to day family expenses. Clarified that the most
expenses are for holidays, commemoration, vodka
and cigarettes. In todays market conditions
person is caring about prosperity for his family
that is why there is processing of products
taking place in the village

For example, student Kyzartbek Jumakadyrov after
training opened cheese production. He is not only
improving he own life, but helps to community
population. As Kochkor milk plant buys 1 liter of
milk by 5 som and village cheese factory buy it
by 7 som. In mountain Naryn area citizens obtain
more profit from cattle.

During last coursed our students knew how look
after, treat cattle in zoo veterinary conditions.
Especially, how to feed in short terms. In 2007
because of cattle sickness, we realized that have
no enough veterinaries and people have no
appropriate skills for cattle treatment. That is
why all students of the course obtained skills
and now know how to prevent cattle sickness

Nowadays the most important is person health that
is why production produced in the village is
ecological. Especially, milk products, and to
make it better people learn how to treat cattle.
For example, director of the school Mina
Osmonalieva, despite of lack of time, learned how
to treat cattle and now she is opening veterinary
pharmacy

One additional positive moment for training
students is that training took place in the
village. As poor people have no opportunity to go
to rayon center and according to this aiyl okmotu
render one room in the school. During the
training discovered skills of each person, as
village needs help in stuff processing.
Especially for milk processing, bread production,
vegetables conservation

At the end I would like to say that this training
course is making VET school and local community
closer. Now it is possible to say that the school
not only for children, but also for rural people
who helps to reduce poverty
