1st Declension Nouns

• There are really 6 different types of 1st
  declension nouns, most of which are Feminine, but
  a few are masculine
• All the types share a tendency toward having
  either an a or h in their ending
• All except the masculine nouns use the feminine
  article

• All first declension nouns have the same endings
  in the plural (even the masculine ones)
• The genitive plural of all first declension nouns
  has a circumflex on the ending
