• Do you know what tasks you are authorized to
  perform?
• Do you know the hazards of your job?
• Do you know and follow the controls?
• Can you recognize when your work changes?
• Do you know what to do when it does change?
• If the answer is YES! to all these
  questions, then you know you're working safely
• If the answer is NO to any of these questions,
  talk to your supervisor or work lead Find out!
