Rick Swenson
Rick Swenson has ran every Iditarod but one since
1976. He is the only five-time Iditarod champion.
He is 49 years old.

DeeDee Jonrowe

• DeeDee has competed in the Iditarod for seventeen
  years. She began mushing in 1979.She has been
  scratched one time.DeeDee Jonrowe is the musher
  who competed in both the Alpirod and Iditarod
• for three years.

Rules

• 1.A musher may seek the aid of others to control
  unmanageable teams.
• 2.Pacing is not allowed.
• 3.A musher will be penalized if proper care
• Is not taken of their dogs.
• 4.You may not do any cruel or inhuman treatment
  is not allowed.
• 5.Mushers may not demand for food or shelter on
  the trail.

• 1. Come gee/ 180 degree turn right.
• 2. Come haw/180 degree turn left.
• 3. Gee/ command for right turn.
• 4. Husky/ any northern type of dog.
• 5. Haw/ command for left turn.
• 6. Whoa/ Command to stop.
