I.- Previous and Diagnosis

• The begineer of this works in Chihuahua Capital
  was CARLOS DIAZ INFANTE, S.J. Misioner in the
  Tarahumara for more than 30 years.
• In Chihuahua Capital was detected comunities of
  natives living with the most poor and bad
  conditions of living, worst than their origin
  places in the mountains.
• He began with the construction of 2 villages El
  Pájaro Azul (40 families) y Tamborell (20
  families).

Previous and Diagnosis

• In July of 2002, month of his dead, the third
  villeage was started, this one has his name on it
  and start with 35 families living there since
  2006.
• Actualy there are 1000 Tarahumaras families,
  (5000 people aprox.) in more than 100 irregular
  assestments, in Chihuahua city, nonhealthy and
  with a high level of bad living conditions and
  with a lack of opportunities for human
  development.

II.- Actual Situation

• Reingenieering of the actual concept of a
  assestment and comunity living.
• MISSION Dignify the way of life of the natives
  Tarahumares indians in the cities to improve
  their living conditions with development in their
  traditions, costumes values and better
  opportunities.

• The Asentamiento Tarahumar Carlos Díaz Infante,
  SJ. is the result of the teamwork of private
  enterprises, governments organizations and
  compromised people with a new model of human
  development according with the traditions and
  needs of the native Tarahumares indians in the
  cities, looking for their development and dignify
  their lifes, and better opportunities.
