• TTCS Progress summarised in two sheets
• Transport tubing brackets in manufacturing
• Tubing integration in September at SCL
• Condensers (details by INFN/AIDC)
• QM brazed and glued (almost finished)
• FMs 4x already bend ready for brazing
• TTCB Component boxes (SYSU/NLR/AIDC/INFN) details
  by AIDC
• Complex FM components (Accu, APS/DPS) available
• Pre-heater 4 FMs available, re-production on QM
  and FS
• Cold Orbit Heater (COH) rework QM done, FM within
  weeks
• Heat Exchanger (welding qualified, 2nd brazing
  done)
• Mechanical parts (design iteration finished, in
  production _at_ AIDC)
• Thermostats, weld connectors, Pt1000s, foil
  heaters, are at AIDC or will arrive coming week
  (nuts, bolts)

• Pinching and welding
• Pinching device procured by NLR
• Weld method to be discussed in close co-operation
  with Tracker
• Pinch tests started (leak tightness, proof
  burst pressure)
• Eddy current issue to Tracker (how big is the
  issue and what can we measure)
• Baseline is welding with Tracker connectors
  disconnected

• TTCS cooling during beam testing and KSC testing
• External cooling on the condenser/radiator
• Will be discussed Wednesday or Thursday in a
  splinter
• As we need also a cooling possibility during KSC
  testing and external cooling facility is needed
• Options
• Convection cooling by air (capacity is unsure wrt
  dew point)
• Cold plate attached to condensers with bag around
  to avoid condensation
• Concentric section on TTCS transport tubing
• Decision needs to be taken soon as integration is
  in September
• Low capacity in case section is small due to
  envelope restrictions
